What size should I order?
You'll find a size chart in the image section of each listing. We strongly suggest that customers follow the directions on the chart to compare their measurements with those shown for the best size recommendation.

What is the difference between Fitted and Semi-fitted garments?
Ease on the finished garment. Fitted garments have minimal ease around the bodice; they have a close fit but with some ease, sometimes up to 2 inches. Semi-Fitted garments will have around 3" to 5" inches of ease around the bodice. 

What is the difference between Relaxed-fit and Loose-fit garments?
Extra ease on the finished garment.  
The relaxed fit has between 3 to 5 inches of ease with a longer length and extra space; while maintaining the silhouette, it may be loose only in key areas.
The loose fit has more than 5 inches of ease with a shorter length or hem. It's always comfortable, wide, roomier, with a boxy look. The extra room is consistent.

What if my order is lost or stolen? 
Although we always strive to provide a superior customer experience, mail couriers, on occasion, experience lost/stolen/damaged packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the couriers and would not be able to reimburse you in the event that your package gets lost or stolen if the signature requirement is waived. We’d recommend that you contact the courier directly as they are best positioned to remediate the issue.

Is the hangtag biodegradable?
Yes. You can plant our seed paper hang tag because it is 100% biodegradable, made from recycled paper with daisy flower seeds on it.

Planting Instructions:
Step 1: Place it in soil and cover it with a thin layer of soil (1cm approx.)
Step 2: Do not let it dry. Put water in every day.
Step 3: It will take about 7 to 21 days to sprout and grow.

How do I pay for my order?

Please see our payment option on every order.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria. After your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until your order is completed and shipped. Then your payment will be finally processed.
