Returns & Exchanges Policy

For all eligible purchases or items, full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back to us for a return or exchange. If you choose to return or exchange an item(s), we ask that you cover the return shipping costs or charges. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable), and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted, and it will be sent back to you. Thanks for understanding!

Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. They cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territory. 

We are unable to accept CODs (Cash on Delivery) for returned or exchanged merchandise.

Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Once processed, eligible refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of the return being processed. Contact your bank for any additional time to post this transaction to your account. 

We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error.

Return Confirmation

You will receive a return confirmation email once your Return has been submitted to our system. 

Return Procedure

Please write the order number, product name, quantity, and reason.

Carefully pack your return item in the original packaging to prevent damage.
