Returns & Exchanges Policy
We understand that there may be times when a purchase may not meet your expectation or your needs might change. If this happens, please check the return and exchange policy if you qualify, and then contact us.
For all eligible purchases or items, full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back to us for a return or exchange. If you choose to return or exchange an item(s), we ask that you cover the return shipping costs or charges. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable), and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted, and they will be sent back to you. Thanks for understanding!
Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. They cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territory.
We are unable to accept CODs (Cash on Delivery) for returned or exchanged merchandise.
Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days after Moodwear Studio has received the item. Once processed, eligible refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of the return being processed. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error.
Additionally, products listed as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Confirmation
You will receive a return confirmation email once your Return has been submitted to our system.
Return Procedure
Once your return has been approved by our customer team, please follow the steps below:
Please write the order number, product name, quantity, and reason for return.
Carefully pack your return item in the original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
Send the package back using any carrier you prefer (we recommend using registered mail) to the following address:
