We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

Order Processing

All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday). Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability and after payment verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

Actual delivery date depends on shipping distance and may vary. Estimate delivery time for Domestic could be 3-10 business days. Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, package weight, weather conditions, or postal service issues.

Moodwear Studio currently ships to all 50 United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to domestic P.O Boxes APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery to international addresses is currently not available. We do not ship to U.S territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands)

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been submitted and verified in our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions - be sure to check our homepage or newsletters for updates. 

Tracking Your Order

If your order qualifies for a tracking number, you will receive it once your order ships. You can use this number to check the status of your order.

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for updates.
